Crown Soya Protein is one of the producers of soy protein-based products in China. Its products include Isolated Soy Protein (ISP) , soy protein concentrate, soy dietary fiber and Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP). By using production machines with up-to-date technology made in Japan, Germany and Israel the production capacity of the above four types of products reaches more than 30,000 tons / year .
Crown Soya Protein uses high-quality non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) soybeans as raw materials for its production and is processed according to ISO 9001 standards. High-quality raw materials, good production systems and quality production machines will of course produce high-quality products. Therefore it is not surprising that Crown Soya Protein products have been exported to more than 50 countries around the world covering 5 continents: Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and America.
ISP is an ingredient that is commonly used in the process of processing processed meat products such as sausages, burgers, nuggets and others. This material is made from soybean flour that is processed in such a way that the final product is yellowish-white flour with a protein of not less than 90%. Soy protein is a vegetable protein that has the closest functional characteristics to meat protein, therefore ISP are widely used as meat replacers that serve to reduce the use of meat in processed meat products.
Marksoy 90 is a special grade ISP created exclusively for PT. Markaindo Selaras. This product has been used by many meat processing plants in Indonesia. With the ability of water binding in a ratio of 1: 5 (1 part Marksoy 90: 5 parts ice water), Marksoy 90 is able to produce a gel with a fairly high gel strength, while for the manufacture of soy protein emulsion, Marksoy 90 can be used with ratio Marksoy 90 : ice water : oil 1 : 4 : 4 to 1: 6 : 6. With an emulsion ratio of 1: 4: 5 as commonly used in Indonesia, the use of Marksoy 90 will produce a good quality soy protein emulsion.
In addition to ISP, Crown Soya Protein also produces other soy protein-based products, including concentrated soy protein (minimum protein content of 65%). Concentrated soy proteins consist of two types, functional and non-functional. The functional type can be used as an alternative to ISP while the non-functional type is used as an ingredient added to increase protein levels (enrichment) in products such as bread, biscuits, animal feed and others.
